Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chisholm, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Major quantities for the work include: common excavation, type SP 12.5 wearing course mix, 18" RC pipe sewer, 8" PVC pipe sewer, 8" watermain ductile iron, and concrete curb and gutter. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid. Contractors must submit a signed statement under oath verifying compliance with minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The work is subject to minimum wages and labor standards per the Federal Davis-Bacon Act and the State of Minnesota, and must comply with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the City. Description of the Project: 1.
