Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Webster Groves, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will consist of replacement of the existing corrugated pipe culvert with a larger reinforced concrete box culvert under Elm Avenue. The project is on the southern leg of the Elm Avenue & Kirkham Drive intersection and includes new curb and gutter, concrete pavement, sidewalk, median islands, guardrail, storm and sanitary sewer improvements, and streambank improvements. The bid proposal shall be made on a form of proposal, provided in the specifications and delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the bid number. No facsimiles will be accepted. The proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check of a bank or trust company in St. Charles County, City of St. Charles, St. Louis County, or in the City of St. Louis for an amount not less than five percent of the bid amount. The amount of the check shall be forfeited to the City if the bidder neglects or refuses to enter into a contract or to furnish bond after their proposal has been accepted. The successful bidder to whom the contract has been awarded shall sign the contract and performance bond and other required certificates in triplicate and return the signed documents within fifteen days after the date of their receipt. Businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
