Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids entitled Annafeld Park, 6th and 7th Filing Improvements for the City of Billings, Montana, are invited. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the Project Manual, which along with Contract Drawings, can be obtained via Second Nature Consulting, Billings Builders Exchange, or viewed at Billings Parks and Recreation Department office. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Billings in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Successful bidders must provide an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount before contract execution. Conditions of employment and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The contractor must comply with a 1% Gross Receipts Tax. A non-mandatory walk-through is available before the bid opening. Bidders may withdraw their bid prior to opening, but not after, unless the award is delayed over ninety (90) days. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, pending City Council approval, with the right reserved to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and postpone the award as needed. Equal Opportunity employment regulations must be followed, including affirmative action for qualified protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. Prices from this bid may be extended to other Montana political subdivisions at the vendor's discretion.
