Demolition and renovation of a multi-residential development in Seaboard, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-unit multi-residential development; one-unit multi-residential development; and one-unit multi-residential development.

The Town of Seaboard is seeking to secure the services of an experienced and qualified housing services firm to provide technical housing services for a Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization Program. The scope of services includes the reconstruction of 1 unit, demolition and asbestos removal of 1 unit, and temporary relocation of 1 unit. Bidders should submit separate sealed bids in two copies. The selected provider must comply with all requirements of the North Carolina Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Revitalization Program regulations, relevant Federal and State Statutes, local laws, and related procurement and contract procedures, including 24 CFR, Part 85, and State and Federal Labor Standards. The Town encourages participation by small, minority, and/or female-owned firms.
