Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Gary, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project is for the installation of a complete HVAC system within the drywell structure at the 27th & Chase facility. The work includes mechanical, electrical, structural, and controls integration in a high-risk, gas-prone wastewater environment. All work must comply with OSHA, IDEM, NEC, and applicable local/state codes, including hazardous location requirements. Instructions to bidders: - Submit quotes electronically via the OpenGov portal to the Gary Sanitary District. Bidders must create a free OpenGov Procurement account to submit. - Only quotes received by the specified deadline will be considered. - All inquiries regarding this RFQ should be submitted via the OpenGov portal. Answers to inquiries will be posted on the portal. It is the bidder's responsibility to check for updates. - Upon submitting a quote, the contractor is assumed to have reviewed the project site and to be fully aware of the existing conditions.
