Sealed proposals will be received for the NJDOT FY2025 Upper Creek Road Improvement Project Phase I. The project consists of roadway improvements to Upper Creek Road, from Rosemont-Ringoes Road to 0.62 miles northwest. The work includes HMA profile milling and paving, full depth pavement repair, drainage improvements, guiderail improvements, surface restoration, and all other improvements depicted within the Bid Documents. Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms included with the Bid Documents, be enclosed in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder and the project name, and addressed to the Township of Delaware. Each proposal must be accompanied by a statement of consent of surety and either a bid bond or a certified check drawn to the order of the Township of Delaware for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and material (payment) bond for the full amount of the project. Only qualified bidders in accordance with the requirements of the Bid Documents will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities, and to increase or decrease quantities as specified in the Specifications.
