EPV change as per Adda 1 The City of Lake Worth Beach is soliciting bids from responsive, responsible, experienced and qualified Contractors for the Power Plant Office Renovations for the Electric Utilities Department. All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidders to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda email notifications and download all documents without the watermark "preview" on them. If a Bidder has obtained this Bid Document from a third party, the onus is on the Bidder to create a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for the bid opportunity. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope, marked with the bid number, title, date, and hour bids are scheduled to be received. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid is stamped by office personnel by the deadline indicated. Bids shall not be submitted and will not be accepted by e-mail, telephone, telegram, facsimile or any other City's address except as notified.
