Improvements include pavement planning, asphalt overlay, full depth base repairs, utility manhole and valve adjustments, thermoplastic striping, curb repairs, and curb ramp repairs. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty (10% of the Bid Amount) and Contract Bond (100% of the Bid Amount) in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
