Renovation of an educational facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids are being solicited for selected bid packages for the Westside High School Re-Roof Project for the Westside Consolidated School District located in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Bids are to be submitted on a lump sum basis using the appropriate bid form. The project owner will receive sealed bids delivered to the Westside High School Superintendent's Office at the specified address until the stated deadline, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be opened. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the school library. The bid sheet, which contains all specifications and general notes, must be obtained from the owner and turned in at bid time in a sealed envelope with a bid bond. Each bid proposal must include a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Westside Consolidated School District. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas in accordance with applicable state acts. The successful bidder is required to provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds using AIA Document A312. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening without written consent from the owner.
