Sealed proposals are requested for the West Wyomissing Park - Phase 1 project under a single Site Improvement Contract. All contractors must submit a bid bond or certified check with their proposal equal to 10 percent of the total base bid. Each proposal must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit. Bids must remain effective for 60 calendar days from the date of opening and cannot be withdrawn during this time. Bidders are required to bid on all items on the Bid Form, including unit costs and alternatives. Performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price, will be required. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Township of Spring reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, re-advertise and award the contract as deemed in its best interest, and may waive any informality in the bids received.
