Site work for a transportation facility in Manila, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Sealed bids are invited for a General Contract for the installation of an AWOS III/PT system and an access road at Manila Municipal Airport. Bids will be received on a unit price basis. Bidders must download the bid documents online and enter addenda numbers in their proposals to verify receipt. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The contract is subject to the Buy American provision and Federal Davis-Bacon wage requirements. All information required on the bid or proposal form must be supplied. The successful bidder will need to submit a Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities prior to award and notify subcontractors of this requirement. For contracts of $50,000 or more, an affirmative action program must be maintained within 120 days for contractors or subcontractors with 50 or more employees. A 5% Bid Security is required. Bidders must have a current general license from the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board. AIA Document A305, Contractor's Qualification Statement, must be submitted as a prerequisite to award unless previously submitted within the past six months.
