Qualifications-based competitive sealed proposals for professional design services are requested for professional engineering services for the City of Bayard Wastewater Engineering Services Project No. WW-2026 State/Local. Proposals are to be submitted to Bayard City Hall. Copies of the request for proposals can be obtained from the office of the City Clerk at Bayard City Hall or by contacting Martha Salas. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. Interviews may be held after the evaluation of proposals is completed. The City of Bayard requests proposals from qualified engineering firms for City of Bayard Wastewater Engineering Services: Work will include, but not be limited to, planning, engineering, design, construction administration and construction observation of the City of Bayard Wastewater Repair, Improvement, and Expansion projects for general repairs, equipment improvements, infrastructure improvements and expansion of the facilities. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held Question Deadline 04/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFP shall be submitted to the Procurement Manager of the Contracting Agency in writing Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of proposals will not be answered
