Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bayard, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Until the final award by the City of Bayard, the City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the Council. Bids will be submitted sealed and plainly marked with the date, time, bid name and number. This project is wholly or partially funded with United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal cross cutter requirements. Neither the United States nor its department's agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to all applicable federal regulations including the Davis Bacon Act requirements.
