Renovation of a conference / convention center in South Padre Island, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and conference / convention center.

The City of South Padre Island seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, Consultant, or Corporation (Proposer) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide project management services in connection with the renovation and expansion of the South Padre Island Convention Center, located at 7300 Padre Blvd., South Padre Island, TX 78597. Sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) must be clearly marked with the RFQ number and title, and addressed to the City of South Padre Island - City Secretary. Proposals should be delivered by hand, mail, or shipping services to 4601 Padre Blvd., South Padre Island, TX 78597. Proposals received after the specified deadline will be returned unopened. Questions and inquiries about this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Director of Operations. The deadline for written questions is March 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
