Description

Site work for a civil project in Jamestown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Separate sealed bids are requested for the rehabilitation of a sanitary sewer lift station and approximately 1,722 linear feet of gravity sewer for the 2024 CDBG Jamestown Sewer Improvements, Project No. J-2025-1, for the City of Jamestown. Bidders must be licensed General Contractors qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Bidders are required to observe employment conditions and minimum wage rates as specified under the contract, including adherence to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must submit a bid security as specified.
