Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jurupa Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,746-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and educational facility.

The construction estimate for this project is $5,500,000.00. Sealed bids are invited for the Jurupa Middle School Modernization and Playground project. The project must be completed within 335 calendar days. Contractors and subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wage. A mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk is required for all contractors. Bidders must possess a B-General Building Contractor license and subcontractors must have proper specialty licenses. Sealed bids must be addressed and received by the specified deadline. Questions must be submitted in writing via email, and all responses will be provided via addendum. Failure to meet licensing requirements or to attend the mandatory job walk will result in disqualification.Questions and/or Requests for Information (RFI) concerning this Project must be made in writing on April 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
