“The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. Rubidoux Community Services District is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional geotechnical engineering and materials testing services for preparation of a Regional Geotechnical Report. The sites included consist of District Capital Improvement Projects as described in the Scope of Services. The consultant will be responsible for performing the services in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, County, and Local laws and regulations. The Draft Regional Geotechnical Report must be submitted in phases to the District as work is completed for each site. The District will review and return comments for each site prior to preparation of the Final Regional Geotechnical Report. Question Deadline 02/10/2026 at 5:00 PM PT All questions, requests for interpretations or clarifications, either administrative or technical concerning this RFP must be requested in writing and submitted via email to engineering@rcsd.org.
