Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jurupa Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade theater / auditorium.

Scope of Services: This project includes all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to accomplish the work as shown on the drawings and/or contract documents. The project is to complete Patriot High School Theater lighting. Provide all material, conduit, wire, labor and services that may be required for a complete theatrical lighting installation . Instructions to bidders: The project requires a C-10 license. A bid bond of 10.00%, payment bond of 100.00%, and performance bond of 100.00% are required. The bid validity is 90 calendar days. Liquidated damages are $4,000.00. The estimated bid value is $280,000.00. Project duration is 60 calendar days. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. Liquidated Damages: $4,000/day Engineer's Estimate: $280,000 A. Remove two (2) existing Colortran i96 Series dimmer racks located in the electrical room. Contractor is responsible for removal of all discarded equipment from site. B. Provide and install two (2) new ETC Sensor IQ48 120/208V installation relay panels in the same location. Contractor to re-connect main 120/208V 3P 4W + GND feeder and all existing stage lighting circuits to the new relay panels. Contractor to supply and pull one (1) CAT6 cable per rack to the DIN14 enclosure. C. Provide and install one (1) new ETC Unison DRd12 120/208V installation dimming panel in next to the relay panels. Contractor to extend a tap feed from the main 120/208V 3P 4W + GND feeder and reconnect all house lighting circuits to the new dimming panel. Contractor to supply and pull one (1) CAT6 cable per rack to the DIN14 enclosure. D. Provide and install one (1) new ETC DIN14 wall mount enclosure next to the new dimmer racks to house new ETC Paradigm architectural control processor and station power supply. Contractor to provide one (1) 20A circuit from existing breaker panel to power the new control devices. E. Provide and install one (1) new ETC SNB16FP 16-port Ethernet switch w/patch panel and one (1) DIN28 wall mount enclosure complete with DMX distribution devices next to the new dimmer racks. Contractor to provide one (1) 20A circuit from existing breaker panel to power the new control devices. DIN28 to contain (1) P-ACP-D processor, (1) P-SPS-D station power supply and (2) RSNDMX4-DIN Gateway F. Provide and install one (1) new ETC 4-port DMX DIN Rail opto-splitter w/8" x 8" enclosure on top side of the lighting grid on Stage Right. Contractor to pull (1) Belden 9729 cable from this location to the DIN14 enclosure located in the electrical room. Contractor to provide one (1) 20A circuit from existing breaker panel to power the new unit. G. Provide and install two (2) new two-circuit outlet boxes on the Proscenium wall (left and right) 18" A.F.F. Contractor to supply and pull two (2) 20A circuits from the new relay panels located on the electrical room. H. Provide and install seven (7) new DMX output receptacle complete with back box. Contractor to supply and pull (1) Belden 9729 from the DIN28 enclosure located in the electrical to each of the following locations: One (1) Front of House Lighting Position Two (2) Box Boom (Left & Right) Two (2) Proscenium Wall (Left & Right) Four (4) 1st - 4th Stage Electrics Note: Each location must home run to the DIN enclosure in the electrical room I. Provide and install six (6) new Paradigm house light control stations in the following locations. Contractor to supply and pull new run of Belden 8471 +14 ground to the DIN14 wall mount enclosure located in the electrical room to the following locations: One (1) UH51012 fader/preset station (Control Booth) One (1) UH51012 fader/preset station (Stage Right) Four (4) UH100001 preset station (Door Entry Locations) Note: Station wiring can be home run or daisy chain to the DIN enclosure in the electrical room J. Energize system and perform complete test of equipment with factory field service representative. Note: Use existing conduits and wiring where practical and desirable
