The City of Jurupa Valley (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide professional engineering services in multiple professional categories and corresponding specialty areas (as listed under each category below) on an on-call basis as follows: CMCI-1. Construction Management CMCI-2. Construction Inspection CMCI-3. Geotechnical Engineering, Inspection, and Material Testing ENG-1. Land Surveying ENG-2. Traffic and Transportation Planning and Engineering PM-1. Project Management PM-2. Program Management and Funding Compliance Services PM-3. Grant Writing and Management Services Other Details The initial contract term shall be 3 years with 2 additional one-year renewal option( at the City's sole discretion. Pricing during the initial term shall be firm. Renewal adjustments, if any, shall comply with Section 7 Pricing & Adjustments.
