Sealed bid proposals are requested for the Materials for the Waterline Extension on Liberty Road. Bidders must submit two bound copies and one USB of the bid proposal, sealed and marked with the service name in the lower left corner. Late proposals will not be considered. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for the project. Detailed specifications may be obtained at the District office or by email request. Proposals must be clearly marked and addressed as specified. No proposals will be accepted by facsimile or electronic transmission. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and accept any proposal deemed most advantageous. The Agua Special Utility District (District) will accept sealed bid proposals for the Materials for the Waterline Extension on Liberty Road.
