Sealed proposals will be received for the following: 1500 ton 2RC, 5000 ton 2RC Select Granular, 1500 ton 2A, 1500 ton #8 washed clean, 1500 ton #8, 1500 ton #57, 1500 ton #3, 1500 ton #1, 1500 ton #67, 1500 ton R3, and 1500 ton Dust. Price per ton for tailgating is required, with an itemized price on each listed item delivered as directed. A minimum of six trucks per day is requested for projects with supervisors providing 24–48 hours notice. All stone must be PennDot approved. Proposals must use forms furnished by the municipality. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality, must accompany the bid. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
