The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the select roof replacement at Bloomsbury School 1967 Addition. The Contract Documents define the full project scope. Bids will be received from a Bidder for a lump sum price for the entire project, all trades, all inclusive. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in one of the following categories: (C068) Roofing Membrane Modified Bitumen or (C070) Roofing Built Up. Bidders and subcontractors for each of the major branches of work specified must be prequalified by the DPMC. Additionally, if the Bidder is not classified by the DPMC for (C092) Asbestos Removal / Treatment, the Bidder must retain a subcontractor that is classified by the DPMC for that work, but that subcontractor should NOT be named in the bid. Bids that propose modifications to the requirements will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders must comply with all applicable statutes, submit all required forms and certifications with the bid, provide bid security, and comply with relevant state requirements for prequalification, ownership disclosure, and public works registration. The successful bidder will be required to furnish additional bonds as specified in the instructions to bidders. Questions must be received by the Architect by March 25th, 2026
