Sealed bids will be received for the project known as Rain Garden at Martin J. Ryerson Middle School. Copies of the plans, specifications, and other contract documents are available for public inspection at Ringwood Borough Hall and may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27, must pay the prevailing wage rate as specified by the "New Jersey Wage Act," provide proof of business registration from the N.J. Department of the Treasury, and be registered with the NJ Department of Labor under the "Public Works Contractor Registration Act" with proof submitted at the time of bid. The character and amount of bid security required are specified in the instructions to bidders. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty days after receipt. The Municipality reserves the right to waive informality or reject any or all bids as deemed in its best interest. Estimated budget: $50,000 to $150,000 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
