DISCLAIMER: Per FKA Architects documents must be purchased in order to be an official bidder. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the existing paving systems at MJ Ryerson School, covering asphalt paving, sidewalks, curbing, lighting, fencing, and other site items, along with all other associated work as shown on the drawings and specified. All bidders must use and complete all bid forms and comply with every requirement in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be marked in a sealed envelope with the project name, and each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, up to $20,000. Bidders are required to comply with the Law Against Discrimination, Affirmative Action, and must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Each bid must include a Business Registration Certificate for the bidder and all named subcontractors. No bidder on the list of debarred, suspended, or disqualified bidders at the state or federal level is eligible to bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid meets all material requirements, subject to adoption of a formal resolution. No inquiry received later than 4:30 p.m. ten (10) business days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration.
