This contract includes the furnishing and delivery of the following equipment and/or materials as specified: LAWN AND FIELD MOWING AND TRIMMING SERVICES SPECIFIED o SEVEN (7) MONTHS FROM WEEK OF APRIL 15, 2025 THROUGH WEEK OF NOVEMBER 15, 2025 or o THIRTY ONE (31) MONTHS FROM WEEK OF APRIL 15, 2025 THROUGH WEEK OF NOVEMBER 15, 2027 Specifications and forms of bid for this contract have been filed in the office of said BOROUGH CLERK at 60 Margaret King Avenue, Ringwood, New Jersey and may be inspected by prospective bidders during regular business hours. Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Borough of Ringwood, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Borough of Ringwood in the amount of $2,500.00, or a bid bond in the amount of $2,500.00, as a bid security. The signed Proposal forms and bid security must be delivered to the place and on or before the hour named above. The accepted bidder must sign the contract within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award or forfeit his bid security. Bid securities will be returned to all but the three apparent lowest responsible bidders. All other bid securities will be returned within three working days after awarding and signing of the contract, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excepted. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements (Affirmative Action Regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and to N.J.A.C. 17:27, as amended and supplemented from time to time. In addition, all bidders must have a valid Public Work Contractor's Certificate. The right is reserved to reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, or to make awards to such bidder or bidders who, in the judgment of the Borough of Ringwood, make the most advantageous bid and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
