This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The Town of Wolfeboro Municipal Electric Department will be accepting sealed bids for right-of-way trimming and re-clearing for 2026. Approximately 10 miles of electrical distribution (right-of-way) maintenance is scheduled for the oncoming season. Additional work will include on and off-road, island, new construction, hourly and takedown work. Based upon the anticipated 2026 workload, two (2) crews will be required for the majority of the trimming season. Although a second crew would be preferred, the lack of a second crew would not preclude a company from winning the tree trimming bid. Prospective bidders must complete the attached itemized bid sheet and sign an anti-collusion clause with the understanding that this pricing is to remain constant throughout the 2026 year. Attached work procedures, bid information, and safety specifications will pertain to the bid prices quoted. Prospective bidders are asked to please include their latest equipment list depicting availability of, such as bucket trucks, chippers, cranes, log trucks, etc. Please feel free to contact Jeremy Mitchell at the Municipal Electric Department at (603) 569-6975 with any questions or concerns regarding this bid package.
