Work shall include all phases of the project, including cleaning of brick surfaces, re-pointing of mortar joints where needed, replacement of damaged or deteriorated bricks, sealing of masonry, and all associated labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project. The work shall include the entirety of the exterior brick surface of the building approximately 4,496 square feet.
