Water system backflow device testing for the City of Traverse City-owned backflow devices. Instructions to bidders: Proposals must be emailed to tcmanage@traversecitymi.gov. Indicate in the subject line that you are submitting a “Sealed Proposal” and include the project description. If you have previously submitted an informal quote, a sealed proposal is still required by the specified date and time to be considered. All requirements listed in the specifications must be met. Interested firms must submit a letter proposal with the anticipated scope of work and not to exceed cost, providing a breakdown of anticipated hours, hourly rates, materials, equipment, and traffic control. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and accept proposals in the best interest of the City. The City accepts no responsibility for expenses incurred in proposal preparation and presentation.
