Cottonwood Meadows Siteworks Siding Replacement And Repair Project Location- 120 Cottonwood St Woodland, CA 95695 Yolo County Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide construction services for the Cottonwood Meadows Siteworks (Siding Replacement). Respondents to this IFB must submit a completed Proposal in a sealed envelope according to specified requirements. The project involves siding replacement and repair at the Cottonwood Meadows site. The project is subject to labor compliance monitoring and enforcement of compliance with prevailing wage requirements. Contractors of all tiers must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work under applicable laws.
