Site work for a mixed-use development in Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes construction of approximately 360 linear feet of new 5 concrete sidewalk connecting existing residential subdivisions. Additionally, the work involves a 20 linear foot extension of an existing box culvert, complete with wing walls and guardrail, as well as 16 utility main encasement. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to City of Pea Ridge, AR in an amount not less than five percent of the amount bid. Bidders are responsible for downloading bid documents from the online plan room to be included in the Plan Holders List and must enter addenda numbers in the proposal to verify receipt. The contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and other federal laws. Build America, Buy America provisions apply. The City encourages participation from all qualified small, minority, and women business enterprises, as well as general contractors to subcontract to such enterprises. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, and postpone contract award for up to 90 days from the bid opening date. For information concerning the proposed work contact J.
