Sealed proposals are requested for the supply of the following materials: 2RC Stone (approximately 500 tons), AASHTO #57 (approximately 250 tons), AASHTO #1 (approximately 750 tons), AASHTO #8 (approximately 250 tons), AASHTO #2A (approximately 1,000 tons), and DSA material (approximately 1,250 tons). Bidders must provide unit costs for both FOB plant pick-up and delivery to township destinations. Some stone must be tailgated on various roads. The supplier is responsible for trucking and billing, and a minimum stone delivery rate of 75 tons per hour is required. Liquidated damages will apply. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
