Proposals must be submitted using forms provided by the Municipality. Bids need to be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of 10% of the bid amount, made payable to the municipality; for other municipal types, this is at the municipality's discretion. A performance bond or certified check of 100% of the contract amount must be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after contract award.
