Site work and paving for a road / highway in Glendale, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnish all plant, material, equipment, and labor to complete the construction of 75TH AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION, GLENDALE AVENUE TO NORTHERN AVENUE. The project includes roadway milling and asphalt overlay, as well as upgrades to ADA-compliant curb ramps and traffic signal systems. Bids shall be in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents and must be submitted on the provided BID DOCUMENTS. Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid, payable to the City of Glendale, Arizona. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or irregularity in a bid. Bidders with open litigation with the city will not be considered for additional work until litigation is resolved. No bidder may withdraw a bid for fifty (50) days after bid opening. Minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Questions received less than ninety-six (96) hours before the bid opening time may not be answered.
