Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Crossett, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The scope of work includes pavement marking removal, crack sealing, seal coat application, and marking application at the Z.M. "Jack" Stell Field. Bids must be submitted on a unit price basis. The successful bidder must supply all required information on the bid or proposal form, submit a Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities prior to award, and notify prospective subcontractors of this requirement if their subcontract exceeds $10,000. Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates apply. All work must be completed within 20 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be received by 11:00 a.m. at City Hall, 201 Main Street, Crossett, Arkansas. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for downloading bid documents and addenda from the specified online source and must confirm receipt of all addenda in their proposal. A 5% bid security is required. All bidders must have a current general license from the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board. The bid proposal and contract work must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. AIA Document A305, Contractor's Qualification Statement, must be submitted unless on file within the past six months. Contracts of $50,000 or more require contractors with 50 or more employees to maintain an affirmative action program within 120 days of the contract start.
