**As of April 9th, this project has been awarded to Richmond Concrete for $15,300.** The project consists of the demolition and construction of an outdoor basketball court at 7211 Germano Rd. SE. The work involves providing a 59'5” x 22' x 4” reinforced concrete slab, forming and preparing the area on grade, installing a 4” granular compacted base, reinforcing with #10 w/w continuous mesh and #4 rebar (1 course on the entire perimeter only), using a 6 sack concrete mix design with 4000 PSI and full air entrainment, and creating relief or stress cuts according to industry standards. The surface finish is to be a fine broom finish. The township will provide a dump truck and employee for hauling away the demolished concrete slab and will furnish topsoil, grass seed, and straw for project completion. All work is to be completed within 90 days of bid acceptance. Bidders are instructed to send their bids to the Loudon Township Fiscal Officer at 6254 Pronto Rd. SE Amsterdam, OH 43903.
