Renovation of a multi-residential development in Baker Lake, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Rim Joist Replacement - 1 unit. Window replacement shall include all labour, materials, tools, and equipment required for the removal of existing windows and the installation of new windows. Any drywall damaged during removal, or existing damaged drywall within 1 ft of the window opening, shall be repaired, plastered, and painted to match the existing finish. All casement windows shall be installed with the hinge side facing the windward (north) side. Refer to the attached Window Specifications and Window Type sketches for product acceptance and work execution.
