The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority is seeking sealed bids for the Parking Ramps Video Surveillance Cameras Upgrade Project. Proposals must be mailed or deposited with the City Administrator and shall be sealed and endorsed "Parking Ramps Surveillance Cameras Upgrade Project." The right is reserved to hold all bids for sixty days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, or to accept any bid determined to be in the best interest of the Municipal Parking Authority. * A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2026 @ 10:00am Central. Please meet at the Parking Authority Office - Parkade office, located at 114 N. 6th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
