Separate sealed proposals are solicited for furnishing labor and materials for the Greer County Armory Renovation. The project is divided into the following bid packages: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Fabrication, Structural Steel Erection, General Trades, Millwork, Gypboard/Framing/Acoustical Work, Hollow Metal Doors/Frames/Wood Doors/Hardware, Flooring and Fluid Applied Flooring, Paints and Coatings, Miscellaneous Specialty Items, Detention Equipment, Food Service Equipment, Fire Suppression Systems, Plumbing and Utilities, HVAC, Electrical, and Specialty Work. For a complete description of each bid package's scope, refer to the summary of work in the project manual and alternates. Bids must be submitted with a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on qualifications set forth in the bidding documents.
