Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to drilling a borehole using reverse-rotary drilling equipment, installation of the well casing, gravel pack, and a sand-cement sanitary seal; well development by swabbing, pumping, surging; and pump testing. Bidders must have a valid Class "C57" Contractor's License issued by the State of California. Liquidated Damages $300 per day Project Duration 45 working days from Notice to Proceed Online Q&A No Question Deadline 04/14/2026 Questions will be accepted only up to 5 working days prior to the bid opening date to allow the City, if necessary, to issue an addendum to all bidders stating revisions, deletions, or additions to be made to the Specifications as a result of any questions.
