The Municipality invites tenders to establish a supplier for pay rates for the following: 26,000 cubic yards of 1" down crushed limestone with preference given to a supply location near the North East area of the Municipality, 15,000 cubic yards of 1" down crushed limestone with preference for a supply location near the South West area of the Municipality, and 14,000 cubic yards of 1" down crushed limestone with preference for a supply location near the Vidir Roseburg area of the Municipality. Materials are to be supplied and available on site for distribution by May 25, 2026. Council may enter into an agreement for an additional two-year extension per pit location. Sealed and clearly marked submissions are required. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
