The Goochland County School Board is seeking sealed proposals from qualified and licensed architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design services for facility additions and renovations at the Goochland High School/Middle School campus. The project includes the design of a new Career and Technical Education (CTE) facility, an auxiliary gymnasium with a dedicated wrestling room, and related renovations to existing fine and performing arts spaces. The selected firm is expected to deliver comprehensive architectural and engineering services, including planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration. The work will require integration with existing buildings, utilities, and site infrastructure, and must be coordinated to minimize disruptions to ongoing school operations while ensuring long-term functionality for Goochland County Public Schools. The CTE addition is planned as a 30,000 square foot expansion, and the auxiliary gymnasium as a 10,000 square foot facility.
