The scope of work includes concrete storm sewer inlets and manholes, HDPE storm sewer pipe, a 12' span precast concrete modular arch structure, unclassified excavation, base aggregate dense, HMA pavement, concrete driveway and sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement marking, signing, and restoration. Utility work includes ductile iron watermain, hydrants, valves, and temporary support of sanitary sewer forcemain. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount in the form of a certified check or electronic bid bond, as outlined in the General Conditions. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after bid opening. Minimum wages paid must follow local wage rate requirements. The project is partially funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
