The project includes subgrade preparation (14,000 SY), installation of 6 and 8 sanitary sewer (1,200 LF), HDPE storm sewer ranging from 12 to 24 (3,000 LF), storm structures (34 EA), underground storm detention (41,000 CF), 6 water main (750 LF), interior PCC pavement at 6 (9,200 SY), pavement PCC at 7 (4,100 SY), chain link fencing (600 LF), seeding, erosion control, and related work items. The contractor must collaborate with the building contractor and follow the outlined phasing: begin and complete work that can be finished before June 15th, 2026, so the building is usable for the 2026 Fair; otherwise, no construction before the 2026 Fair. All work materials and equipment must be removed and the site vacated by June 15th, 2026. Remobilize for further phases after September 15th in subsequent years, ensuring the building is useable for the Fair each year and all work is completed by June 15th, 2028. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by Kirkham Michael and may not be withdrawn for thirty days after bid opening.
