Renovation of an educational facility in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work to be bid at this time is limited to BP#19. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete installation of a new switchboard as shown, scheduled, and specified in the construction documents. The switchboard shall meet UL 891 and NEMA PB 2 and be furnished with an Underwriters’ Laboratories label. Alternate M2: Provide new disconnect, new conductors, and conduit as necessary for the new air handling unit. Instruction to Bidders: Instruction to Bidders and Construction Documents can be acquired by contacting Coltzer Company through Lidija Bikova at LBikova@WHColtzer.com on or before April 9, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all proposals. Contracts for this scope of work will be between the successful trade contractor and the Galveston Independent School District.
