Renovation of a transportation facility in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The work consists of replacing existing metal roof panels with new PBR roof panels as described in the Drawings and Specifications. The work is summarized as follows: removal of TPO overlay as indicated on Drawings; replacement of rake trim, gutters, and downspouts at the main building as indicated on Drawings; removal and reinstallation of all electric equipment to facilitate panel and purlin replacement; in the area of roof panel replacement, wire brush existing z-purlins at corroded areas and coat with zinc rich paint.
