Renovation of a mixed-use development in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Scope of Work: Tor Legacy Museum Exhibit space within Ball HS North Building Instructions to bidders: Proposers will be expected to comply with the Proposal Evaluation Criteria published in the "Instructions to Offerors" section of the proposal documents. Plans and Specifications will be available to General Contractors. Plans and specifications can be obtained with a $150.00 deposit (per set), five set maximum and will be expected to submit a fully executed Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305, to the Engineer/Architect of record. Question Deadline 03/26/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Offerors and sub-offerors requiring clarification or interpretation of the Proposal Documents shall make a written or verbal request which shall reach the Architect at least ten (10) days prior to the date for receipt of proposals.
