Project has been cancelled Scope of work includes furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities in Lago Mar East Sec 6 for Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 58. Instructions to bidders: Submit sealed electronic bids through www.CivcastUSA.com after registering on the website. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract, execute the required bonds, and provide required insurance certificates and bonds within seven days after receiving contract documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered to the bid opening address within one business day of receipt of the bid opening. Bids and bid securities must comply with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules, and bids may be accepted or executed using an electronic signature according to Owner's rules. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all defects and irregularities except the time for submitting a bid. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online system such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
