Question Deadline 03/17/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Online Work of the contract is for the rehabilitation of the 1.0 million gallon multi-leg elevated storage tank located at the corner of Harborside Dr. and North Holiday Dr, site improvements, and installation of a chloramine booster station. Work includes: 1. Demolition and removal of SCADA antenna and portions of the CMU wall, as indicated on the plans. 2. Blasting and recoating of the exterior and interior of the EST, including installation and removal of a containment shroud. 3. Structural and spot repair of steel. 4. Repair and reattachment of cable ties on the tank pedestal legs. 5. Installation of a dedicated 16" steel water line, valves, fittings, and appurtenances to fill the tank and installation of Tide-flex mixing valves. 6. Installation of a water service connection with RPZ. 7. Installation of a 11.3-foot by 18-foot concrete masonry unit (CMU) including lighting, ventilation, doors, and waterproofing membrane. 8. Installation of chloramine disinfection dosing system including analyzers, dosing units, booster pumps, chemical injectors, valves, piping, and appurtenances, and personal protection equipment required by TCEQ. 9. Removal and replacement of safety railings and 24" gooseneck vent 10. Rehabilitation of a 16-inch altitude control valve, installation of flow meter, gate valves, check valves, yard piping, and pipe thrust blocks. 11. Electrical: Power delivery for chloramine dosing system and analyzers, dosing pumps, relocation of SCADA equipment, removal of existing DFS antenna, installation of LED bowl lighting, and installation of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) lighting on top of the tank. 12. Installation of driveway and bollards. Removal of curb and sidewalk. 13. Installation of brick capstones as shown on plans. 14. Chain link fence removal and replacement and installation of a cantilever sliding gate. 15. Traffic control plan implementation.
