Renovation of a development in Staatsburg, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,884-square-foot development.
The Work consists of Replace current components of the Norrie Point Environmental Center's HVAC system. Install geothermal wells, heat pumps and piping. Construct a new mechanical building to house the new geothermal equipment and transformer. Re-work and replace existing power to accomodate the new geothermal system. Alternate: Replace specific windows to upgrade the Environmental Center's building envelope. 1. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by 3:00pm on 6/16/2026 Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 19% Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 11% Mechanical Contract HVAC, geothermal heat pumps. $1,599,895 to $2,164,564 D006549 $94,150 Ninety-four thousand one hundred fifty dollars The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the Statutory Form of Public Bonds Required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, Each for 100% of the Amount of the Contract. The completion date for this project is 420 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office.
