Site work for a water / sewer project in Titusville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
TIFA LLC ("Owner") intends rehabilitate seven (7) production wells located within the TIFA Area IV Wellfield in Brevard County, Florida. TIFA LLC is a joint venture between the City of Titusville and Farmton Water Resources LLC. The wellfield is located on property owned by Miami Alternatives, LLC and Farmton 5A, LLC. A Vicinity Map and a Production Well Location Map for the TIFA Area IV Wellfield are attached as Figures 1 and 2, respectively. The Work generally involves the following activities for each production well: 1. Mobilization/Demobilization 2. Conformance with General Requirements 3. Pre-Rehabilitation Hydraulic Testing 4. Pre-Rehabilitation Video Survey 5. Brushing and Airlifting 6. Well Acidification via 20_ Baume Hydrochloric Acid 7. Well Development 8. Post-Rehabilitation Video Survey 9. Post-Rehabilitation Hydraulic Testing 10. Water Quality Testing 11. Well Site Cleanup 12. Re-install, Repair, and/or Replace Perimeter Fencing and Gates (if Necessary) 13.
